I get constant calls from them. Never answer, and they leave voicemails with people talking in the background, no one talking directly into the phone. Sometimes i get music and people talking in the background.

The caller ID says JP MORGAN CHASE, but they do not have a number like this. They have a 1-800 only. They constantly call everyday for the last week. Sometimes twice, but never a message. If Chase was really calling you, they would leave a message. This is some sort of scam because people who do not have accounts with Chase are also getting these calls. Jerks!

IF this really is JP Morgan Chase then I have no clue why they'd be calling me as I have never had an account with them in any way, shape or form. With that knowledge I am ready and willing to assume that this is most definitely a phishing scam of some sort.

Collection agency working for Chase Bank. Will call multiple times a day. Recommend blocking.

It is Chase. I forgot to make my minimum this month and started getting these calls. But I don't understand this lame technique to let me know, by harassing me with multiple calls and never a message or identification of any sort. Citibank does the same thing when I miss a minimum with them (Sigh). A simple message and I would make a payment straight away.

Call several times a day without leaving a message. Perhaps a message would benefit both parties. Will be closing this account, better to go with smaller banks even if it means less ATM access around.

No legit collector can call more than once a day, late hours, Sundays.
Do not give out any info. Not even your phone number. Tell them off.

They call me 4 or 5 times a day but do not leave a message. It's really annoying.

They call and I don't answer thanks to this site. If it's Chase, they best do a better job of contacting because calling with no phone ID and not leaving message for verification don't get it. We have a Chase account and have paid on time always and are gonna pay it off in a month or so and tear up the card. How's that for customer feedback?

This is a scam! Never give out your social security number or card number over the phone. I have reported them to Chase, so hopefully they will stop harassing people.
