call consistently, even on sundays

I have been getting these calls for weeks.I knew that I was behind on my credit card payments because I became financially strapped.When my situation improved,I called Chase directly and set up a payment plan.I still got calls from this number!I called it back because it was harrassment at this point.Eight to ten calls a day!I spoke to someone in India that could not understand what I was saying.I explained the situation multiple times and told her that my name,number,and other personal information must be removed from their calling lists because I am paying back what is owed.She asked for the last 4 of my social and looked up my account.She knew about the payment plan and my economic hardship which I discussed with someone last week.She knew other personal details as well.She also said that she could stop the calls for 30 days unless I put something in writing.She reluctantly gave me the address which is Correspondence Department PO Box 15298 Wilmington DE 19850-5298.The fax # is 888-643-9628.I hope this helps someone else.

This place calls my cell phone from 8am till 9pm at least twice per hour. They fill my voice mailbox every day so I can't get any regular messages from family and friends. I do not have an acct/business with them.

This number calls me NON-STOP. No one is there, they call at least 4 times a day!!!!!

These people are irritating! Yes I'm late on a payment (long story), but they called 5 times on a SUNDAY! Do they really think that's going to make money appear in my account to pay them??

This a scam do give them your social security number Chasse bank has a 888 number not a Illinois number

It is Chase, and I am four days late on a payment (long story involving ATM fees and a last minute trip to New Jersey for my grandfather's funeral) but COME ON they're calling my house about fifteen times a day and I'm never home cause I WORK all day. I called the actual customer service number and scheduled the payment already (did this before it was even late). I'm not sure what else they want from me.

If I lived alone, I wouldn't mind too much, but I'm not even the one putting up with the harassment, it's the people who are home. They tried to explain that I work a lot and asked what they could do about it to stop getting calls at all hours of the day but apparently they told my sister that they will continue to call until they hear from me.....grrr. I can use my computer at work for whatever I want, but not the phone. I'm going to TRY emailing them, but somehow I don't think that counts as communication that will get them to cut it out. Thankfully the payment is scheduled to go through in two days, so at least then they will stop, right?

Asked about late payments to a chase bill, but i dont have any. Stupid S.O.B.'s keep calling, but they dont realized my phone blocks their calls before coming through, so i just get constant vmails

forgot to add the next time they called after that it was a woman who asked for me by name and i said i know youre a scam you better stop calling me i told my bank about you and she hung up right away and i haven't had a call since.
