Automated call claiming it regards to ComEd bill and I qualify for a discout...press 5 to speak to a representative. Representative asks for account # then to verify name on account. This is where I got suspicious because she could not spell my name, proving she did NOT have access to my account. When I questioned her she said not affiliated with ComEd but not a scam. Then started asking about govt assistance programs without understanding how they work. First telling me if I qualify for govt programs I'd qualify with them, however, when I said I probably qualify but don't use them she said something I couldn't understand and hung up.
