Thanks McKenzie, I called 307-223-0458 and it stopped the calls for me too.

Whew, so thankful for these blogs as it helped me find a way to stop this caller. I called this do not call request service at 307-223-0458 and simply gave them the caller's phone number which they confirmed to be on their list and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call list.
