This call came in at 2:11PM, but I didn't answer it. I've started a practice of blocking the number AFTER I research it, and find the information on the call as you have shown. They should be stopped, fined and jailed when they are located.

When I searched on the phone number, could see that others identified it as a time share seller. I chose not to answer and blocked the caller number.
