Call claiming to be disability advisor. I am not disabled and she said she was returning my call. I stated I HAD NOT called and she hung up

From: 847-696-8205 - Unsolicited call claiming to be a "medicare advisor". The caller (or recording) asks if I can hear them and when I say "Yes", the call is disconnected. I'm afraid that they are recording my voice saying "Yes" and now I'm going to receive some type of knee brace or wheelchair or something. I'm afraid that I've been scammed. Why did I respond? Why did I answer?
