This number kept calling multiple times a day, but not leaving a message so I had no idea who it was. I found out it was AIU via online phone search. I called them back to ask them to stop calling and male rep started speaking to me using my name and interest in attending college before even confirming he had the right person. He asked which adviser I was working with and tried to push me to an adviser for the school. He asked how I heard of them and I told him that I had never heard of them and did not ask for any information directly. He showed no sign of surprise, but had overall pleasant tone. I told him that the school came up in a phone number search and to please stop calling as I am already enrolled in school. He wished me good luck in my schooling and did not ask for any other details. Hopefully calls will stop.

These people call me at least 4-5 times a week...I send it straight to voicemail every time yet they continue to call STALKERS >_>

If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer. I did sign up to receive information for AIU however, I did not recognize the number therefore didn't answer. Just today they have 8 times in a 3 hour period and have yet to leave ANY type of a message. Just a little overkill.

I was in class when they called, but I recieved a 3 minute answering machine message with what sounded like inspirational elevator music. I was convinced it was telemarketers or scientologists calling until I read here.

This number called 5 times today and it is only 10am. They leave no message. If it is AIU I will never request information for another school online they must share personal information, because I did not request info from AIU.
