Yes they change the number on their phone to a random number...I called one number back..it was a guy's cell phone and he was wondering why he was getting voice mails from random people asking to be removed from a call list. The numbers have all staryes like my own number 847 217 and end with diff last 4 every time. I just may play along next time and get past the pre screen...hopefully I can get a company name...
