I'm getting these calls as well, which started a few days ago, I too am on the National Do Not Call list but am going to call my provider to see if there is a way to be blocked and reported. When I tried to call back yesterday just to see who is the company, it has an automated outgoing msg that states, "The number you are dialing has been changed." Then hangs up.

I finally answered after 4 phone calls to asked them not to call. They said they were only trying to tell me good news. I said I wanted nothing to do with their good news and stop calling. Doubt it will work, not sure how they got my number.

Copy Call aperently is a Voice mail service. Inbound only.
