this number calls me all the time. They rarely leave a message and never identify themselves. They just leave a cll back number. I do not owe any money or have any outstanding balances. I want this to stop. My number is an the do not call list.

These people call several times a day using a different number each time.
A message is NEVER left.
They start calling at 8:00 AM and continue until 9:00 PM
They call on the weekends and on Sundays during church hours.
Is there ANY regulatory agency in these United States that can just shut these people down???

They call from several different numbers. How did they get my cell number??? I am going to write a Cease and Desist letter. They are trying to collect on a debt that is 10 years old. The State of Texas has a 4 year collection margin. After that, they are not supposed to try and collect. The problem is, these companies buy and sell old debts and just keep the harrasment going. Try the letter. The mailing address for Portfolio Recovery is easily found on their website. Be sure that you get a letter stating that they are not allowed to contact family members or neighbors, as well.

I went through and manually added each of the numbers I posted. I have had a few calls since posting this list that I find else where in everycall.us, but they are not blocked. I am not sure why, so I added each of the numbers manually.

the caller portrayed an acquintance and attempted to get the confidence of the receipent and was then told that the receipient had relocated and gave him the number to the Tx Armly nat'l guard. They 've been calling like every other day, asking for an unknown female person, what am I suppose to do in this situation.
