"Heather" from account services robocalled saying there are no problems with 'my' account but that she could lock in a 6.9% interest rate. But 'my' elegibility for the offer is expiring fast, "so consider this call your final notice." Haha, no thanks. Block.

Called at 1235. I don't know anyone in Jersey so I didn't answer. Left no message.When you call the number, you get a machine that asks if you want to be placed on a DNC list. Obviously an advertisement or scam.

It was a recording named Heather to say to lower your interest rates and that it the rates were ending soon..no details about the credit card I have or the company, and my interest rate stays the same till May of 2016 so obviously they are a scam. Says to press 1 to consolidate interest or 2 to discontinue. I just hungup so they didn't find out if it was a good number or not
