The Prerecorded introduction said that I may have received a letter indicating the rate on my current credit card would rise, but to press 9 to speak with a rep about how to lower. I pressed nine and asked for the name of the firm. The man on the line said 'Card Services.' I asked them which card they were calling about, my name, and my account number. He said he didn't have that info in front of him. I told him I wanted to be coded skipcall.
