850-254-8630, yes, a spam call. InstaCash Bank out of Miami, FL. When asked why their number comes up as a Tallahassee number when they're in Miami I could hear the birds chirping. When asked how they got my number I was told from when I recently applied for a payday cash advance. I said great, when and where did I apply for the advance? Silence. When asked why I couldn't find any InstaCash Bank in Miami I was directed to a random website and I told them I'm not visiting one of their sites so they can infect my computer with a virus. You bug them enough they'll hang up on you, like they did me and they're gladly remove your number from their computer system. Pretty simple people.

They called me. could not speak english clearly and I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST - they are scamming people who need payday type loans

The worms called me too. I just don't answer and block the number on my cell phone.

The number 850 254 8630 is a spam number. I called the number back from a friend's phone and they answered stating that it was Instabank (something like that). When i asked the guy why they were calling my phone repeatedly, he said they wanted to let me know they had approved me for a payday loan. I promptly hung up and blocked their number on my phone.
