Voice states filing suit against you no name and to call them back.
Scam caller and called three times today.
Caller: IRS
Unidentified called. Says "IRS has filed a lawsuit against 'you'" (does not state my name). Also from numbers from Newark NJ and Denver IA, same voice message. 5 calls so far today and it's not even 5pm
