Caller asked for personal information to "verify the debt" he claimed I owed... Like I'm stupid and was gonna give him my SSN. He kept phising around trying to get personal info and making threats that if i didn't "make payment arrangements right now" I was gonna be "put in jail by the weekend" and other bullsh*t threats. These people need to be in jail.
The automated robo-call message claimed this was a call from "NCO Collection Agency" but upon reserching I found that the actual company name is NCO Financial Systems, Inc.
These people are the lowest of the low. DO NOT EVER deal with them. DO NOT EVER make any agreement with them. DO NOT EVER pay them any money, NO MATTER WHAT! If you actually owe a debt, pay the creditor directly and NEVER to anyone else!
I do not owe any creditor, so there is no reason to call me. Perhaps my number was called by mistake, or they were trying to reach the person who had my number before me.
