Ive talked to a male and female, broken english but they were trying to say I won a US education grant for $5000 but have to give credit card info to pay a processing fee.. Scam!

Starnet-Paete has called 11 times today 7/28/2016 no one will talk when you answer I looked up area code and they are out of Florida (Pensacola, Tallahassee and Panama City.)
