I received the same # & message on my recorder when I checked it, I knew it couldn't be true, my taxes is good just on S.S. & H&R Block did them, did scare me tho. glad I found this page report.

Just Remember. if you pay your taxes fear not. IRS wouldn't call you they send out LETTERS. So if you see a Number you don't recognize, OR if there is no Name from your call list, send it to voicemail then go in and Delete. They will tire of calling you. I KNOW !! :) I got this call a few mins. ago and sent it to voicemail and found it on History of calls and Deleted it.

I got a call with an automated message claiming a tax fraud claim against me, which obviously seems suspicious as I pay my taxes. This is likely a scam and a phishing call.
