I have recieved two call in the last week from this number claiming to be Account Services and wanting to lower my interest rates. Twice the telemarketer has hung up on me in mid sentence when they realize I don't have the debt they're looking for. When I've tried to call them back it says the number has been disconnected and is no longer in service.

press 1 to speak with an agent
press 2 to remove your name
if you press 2 nothing happens

if I press 1 I get an agent who says "this is Marshall with account services. Did you recieve a message about lowering your rates?"

I ask him to remove my number and he hangs up on me in mid-sentence.

lookup indicates number located in Gulf Breeze, FLA,
possibly Toro Bravo LLC

I suspect the number is "spoofed" and the service is bogus or illegal.

Dump the republicans and help us get rid of this invasive crap

Received 2 calls from this number (both hangups) in the past two days. Anyone know who it might be?
