They have not called me, but family members trying to reach me, when I called them they said that I am being sued by a payday loan company where I have written a check and it bounced, I said that I do not write checks, she said I could have had it coming out of the bank or maybe someone had did it that lives in the house with me at this address, just moved here, she said the account had been closed, she said that it was 430.00, and if they take me to court i would have to pay court cost plus 1500.00 so do i want to paid now, lol i said I will have my attorney give u a call, she said if u like, then I asked what bank was my account with she said that they did not have that information, I said do what u have to do, I think there name is Coastal, If it is on me who does not take out payday loans I will see, first I have heard I shall keep u posted

This is my first time receiving a phone call from them and they said they have attempted to call me and email me this is my first time ever hearing of them
