Caller left an automated message threatening to compromise my bank account and pursue legal action and collection if I don't call back within 24 hours. I called them back, and they answered the phone RIGHT AWAY which never happens with any government agency. I asked them if they were really Revenue Canada. He said yes. I told them I checked my account and don't owe anything. I was ready to yell at him, but he hung up on me. haha.

I had a Indian or Pakistani man tell me his name was James brown and asked me for my s.i.n. Card number right off the bat, I asked who was suing me he said he wasn't allowed to tell me lol

Got the same call today from Office James Brown - requesting SIN to provide more information. When I asked for someone that spoke English well, he hung up the phone lol

Caller left recorded message that threatened to put lean on my bank acct. if I didn't call back in 24hrs. Claimed it was for unpaid dues in CRA??? Claimed that I'll be responsible for all legal consequences?

It's a scam. Don't provide them with ANY information. They are leveraging phone book data - like your address,... to appear legit. They are not. The CRA will send you letters, not robocall you.

Also got a call today from them, agent Brad Watson from Revenue Canada. I practically told them F&?% Off and hung up.

This caller gave his name as Officer Jordan Morris from Revenue Canada claiming I had a debt of $4K. When asked to speak to another person in charge, he hunted up. BEWARE...this is a scam...
