I also received a call, from Haley Gray stating they are issuing a summons in my local court. I call the number to be told I receive a pay day loan sometime before 2008. Very confusing conversation.

They are calling every member of my family making threats..i told them to go forward with there summons id never fall for this..they said they would call every day til i pay....go ahead they are blocked

Told me that a summons was going to be issued against me for a payday loan that I did not request.

Received 4 recorded messages all within a few minutes, same message stating 2 litigations against me and I have been served.
