There's 28 pages of complaints against the number on 800notes.com. Most say it's a survey group (which could be a scammer pretending to be taking a survey) or legitimate one that is permitted. Otherwise a scam collection agency. Could be a Mr Kingpin spoofed number too. AAR, BLOCKED!

Caller ID showed as 800 Service.  They said they were from ORC, I believe, and they were doing a survey about grocery stores in my area. I told them wasn't interested and hung up.

Call from ORC told me that their computer generated the call they could not remove my number from the computer when I asked them to stop calling me. We are on a DNC National list they said did not pertain to them because they were not solicitors or Telemarkiters. I have an UNPUPLISHED number and told them if they call again I will sue the company. They laughed n said try it... What good does it do for us to pay for a unpublished number when these scam companies have their on putters call.

I forgot about what he said to me, I was anxious and wasn't listening to what he was saying. I remember him saying his name is Jose. Also, he later asked me "Are you in a vehicle or auto-mobile?" I wasn't, but I anyways hung up and immediately blocked the caller.

Told me today they are ORC International and marketing company. ORC are based in England so I doubt they'd be phoning USA but I called back and line was busy. An 855 number suggests to me a scam if ame sort.ninwish every phone, by law, had to be registered using a home bill or driving license it would stop,this none sense.

I got this call today asking for my husband by first name. I asked what he wanted and why he was calling. The guy sounded foreign and I asked several times for him to repeat.. He said He was ASC, a research Company for healthcare. I told him I'm not interested and don't call here again that this number is registered on the Do Not Call List. The guy tried to argue with me. Again I said do not call here again or I'll call the police and I hung up. Persistant and rude. It's a Sunday afternoon, no need for any health care calls. especially ones I didn't call myself. I reported it to the DNC registry with a message.
