in line w/other comments, caller ID says aetna, and this is an ancillary service of certain aetna health plans but is a 3rd party provider of theirs contracted to scrounge up bodies for their health & exercise centers... B...L...O...C...K!

Yes, the Caller ID that says "Aetna" is a scam. I blocked them using my old fashioned caller ID block box (red button says goodbye forever to scam numbers once you block the number), and noticed on the caller ID that number had come up 6 times in the last 3 days--none of which got through to me on a ring because they were permanently blocked from ringing. Then just now the phone rang because they had called on a new number using my area code and the caller ID said "Vienna" a city in my state. Now that's blocked too. So they will keep trying different numbers until they get through if they realize their "Aetna" number gets dead air space. I did not answer "Vienna" either because that's usually sign of a scam call. That's blocked now.

They called me and my wife, same woman from the same # offering an in home exam, this is a SCAM, they are just fishing for info............do not answer or speak to anyone.......esp when they call and ask you to call them back which makes no sense or they call and verify info and offer an in home exam. So tired of SCAMMERS.

They have been calling for ages. I've got them blocked but they leave voice mail. I called them ages ago and asked them to stop - to no avail. I constantly have to answer voicemail and delete their message. I am unable to stop them from leaving a voice mail.

I get calls 1 to 4 or more times a day every day for Months now.each using a different name, phone number. They leave a message they need to schedule an annual exam. My doctor does this I do not need these fake wantabes. I block them and they just create another number. I want them to stop. This has turned into harrassment.

It is a government scam started by lobbyist to get phone numbers from the carriers so they can nickel and dime the Social Security WE PAY FOR. call your carrier and have your number added to non published and disallowed so they are not allowed to call you, take your money, scam the government and call you on the phone YOU ARE PAYING FOR!

It's not a scam. They are just scheduling the annual wellness checkup provided by Medicare and administered by Aetna. Chill out :-)

it is a scam. The Annual Wellness Visit should be with your primary care physician so your doctor will know about your health.

Robo/recorded message states, "Hello, my name is Susan. I'm calling on behalf of Aetna, your Medicare insurance provider. I was hoping to speak with you about a valuable service that's part of your membership. If you could please call 855-215-1831, we're available from 7am until 7 pm, Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. We look forward to hearing from you and have a great day.” Do not have Aetna nor Medicare. Calls daily-Exception is Sunday.

Message left from "Susan" about benefit I was "unaware of". "She" never mentions a personal name. This is 3rd call recently. Had a problem with same # in 2020. Where does 'Susan" get her list of people/ numbers to call? THIS IS A SCAM.
