Same thing here! They have called my sister and then when I called back, they said that I was a "habitual bad check writer" and I was going to jail if I didn't pay them their money. She called me a "dumbass" when I questioned her. She told me that I had taken out a check loan in 2002 on my checking account from the bank I worked at. Funny thing is, I have NEVER worked at a bank, nor did I have a checking account until 2012!! And not even the bank she stated I worked for and wrote the check on. They have since called me over 50 times from numerous phone numbers all over the US and out of the country. Many 800 #'s (855 , 877, 866, etc.) with automated messages telling me to call back or I am going to jail! I want this harassment to stop.

Rec'd a phone call from James Grant stating he was with Nichols & Grant and that he needed to be called back at 855-215-4132 regarding a packet that should have been sent my home or work. He wanted to go over Page 15 in the packet and that he had some hearing dates to discuss. He said that if he wasn't in his office to ask for his assistant, Cynthia. I called this numberand spoke to a Chad Stewart (Stuart - unsure of spelling) and asked what this was about and advised that the message was for Randy L. Tuthill and apparently my work number was given as an "emergency" contact number. This Chad person said he couldn't ask any questions but wanted to know if I knew Randy Tuthill - told him yes and that he's my brother and wouldn't be calling back until tomorrow. So now that led me in checking out this so called company and what exactly they do.

This company doesn't even exist! The Better Business Bureau cannot locate anyone at the address/number listed.I called the number spome with a person name Adam. They called my father cellphone and ask for me and said that i missed a court date and going to take my driver license and take me jail if i dont pay this bill in full today.They talk to you rude and nasty.this is a scam
