This company has a reputationof breaking laws. Simply GOOGLE WADE , PACE, GAVINO, and Associates and you will find quite a bit of information. "Victims" or rather, authors of the above posts, need to not only complain about them, but actually DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEM! You can sue them yourselves for violations of law or contact us. A Mr. Mitchell called my son's grandmother whom I don't even speak to very often. I returned the call and he said this was regarding a Cash Advance loan I received in 2006. I have never used one of those before and I have never received anything about this. He said I was have to go to court over this matter unless we resolved it today. I just felt really skepital about this call and hung up. I am really curios to know how he has an old addree of mine and the last four of my social, it makes me nervous! I am going to place a call to the Georgia Governor's consumer hotline and letthem know about this. There website has a PO box listed in Georgia. I hope I will not have to change my phone number over this whole matter, but it sounds like I might, to keep from being harrassed.

i recieved a call from Mr Mitchell stating I defaulted on pay day loan and if i didnt pay he would take legal action. I told him i bankrupted and Mr Mitchell said he could overturn my bankruptcy. I did some research on this company and found this site.

I just received a call from this guy with a deep voice Miles Howard wanting me to call them back in reference to an important matter, I guess...They state they are from Wade, Pace and Gavino...no clue as to who this is, but the calls need to stop, I do not owe any money to these people, and they will not stop calling my workplac.

Don't sweat these jokers! I have experience in dealing with them. They make people think they are a law firm by their company name. They are NOT a law firm. If you need assistance witrh this company, call me. I will happy to assist you. I would love to go after them for you.

i received 5 calls from them at my place of employment. They are demanding that I give them my debit card number and they will not give me any information as to whom i owe money too. They so called inspectors name was "Agent Smith" and he has a deep New York accent. I do have some divorce debt but I refuse to give money to nay company that is this unprofessional.

they said that i had defaulted on a cash advance that was directly deposit directly into my checking acct. back in 05. they could not tell me what company had done this or anything. they were trying to keep me from having to go in front of a judge that is going to tell me i have to pay this. they could not tell me any information. nor would they give me an address to mail in a payment. they wanted me to go get a visa prepaid debit card and call them back with the number so they could just debit it every month. so they more i thought about this they more i got to wondering how legit it was. i couldnt get any infor out of them. and this is something that happend in 05 they say that they sent me letters then from collections and never responded. i received a call from them today wanting to know if i had gotten that debit card and i sipmply told them that i wasnt going to pay it and i hung up. if you cant give me an address of your location or any info then you dont get paid.

They called me at 6am and left a message. Telling me to call them because I owe a debt. So I called them back. Could not really understand the message. Had to listen to it 3 times and them had my husband listen to it. They had my address, ss# and my email address and threatened with fraud charges. When I told him to mail me a copy of the paperwork. He hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional.
