thes people are assholes straight cunts callin me cause my sis whom i dont talk to for years gave them my ### asshole threating no respect to whom ever they call....innocent people
They called me back n I returned thier call. Told Mr Urban I filed with TX AG n he called me every name in book. I just sat there, he asked why i wasn't responding n said it was cuz I was scared; told him no, I was just lettin him run his mouth n dig his hole deeper as I was recording him. He called me a bytch n hung up. Haven't heard from them since.
1ST call was from a Robert Laughton (?), left message with case # as I was in with my Dr. (have message saved). Said for me to call this number back that if I didn't he would be at my home on )ctober 30th, 2012. To serve me papers & have officer with him to arrest me. I called the number & spoke to a Thomas Urban @ ext 115 who said this was a payday loan from 2008, ( I honestly do not remember it) and if I didn't find a way to pay them, someone will be at my home Tuesday to serve me papers on a lawsuit and have me arrested for it. i told him I didn't appreciate being threatened and he said he didn't care. Then asked y I was at dr. I told him I was diagnosed with Breast cancer in April, he said he didn't care thaat I had better pay them. I hung up.
did they have paper served to you, i recieved the same call but from a richard laughton saying the same thing.
