Called and left a message saying a formal complaint had been filed in my county, and that I had 24 hours to call back to discuss voluntary options. I didn't even bother calling back after reading all these comments. I've had my returns for over a month now, so its kinda hard to suspend the return.

Very much of a scam.
Recgonize the dates too, it looks very recent.

Both my husband and I received the recorded message. We are current on every bill that we ever owed. When we tried to call the number back, it stated that the mail box was full and that we needed to keep trying to contact them. NNNOOO, we don't. P.S. Matt, if your reading this...I already have my return back. You're to late! Ha Ha!

I recieved a message on my work cell phone that my Federal and State refunds would be stopped if I did not respond to the call within 72 hours. The man who left the message was Matt Russell, he was not very pleasant and said he was looking for someone named Tony Moondy. I don't know the person and told him I had this work phone for more than 5 years, he responded by saying that still didnt answer his question. I told him I did not know the person he was looking for. Is this a scam or what
