It's a scam! Asked about returning comcast equipment. I'm still with comcast so it seemed weird. It said reverence acct #... and I looked up my acct# and it was wrong... NEVER call back the number anyone provides in the voicemail. Always call the REAL Company's phone number so you know you're not talking to a scammer!!

Yes... it was Comcast calling about picking up equipment that was no longer in service. The equipment was returned 2 months ago. When I told them this, they said they were noting the account as such. They asked me to verify city/state/zip and said ok, have a good day and thank you for returning the call.
