Yeah, I believe it may be Shaw Direct, as I called back and got Shaw Direct support & assistance line/machine. Still, can't tell for sure. I remember SHAW showing up on my call display last year, so this seems a little sketchy to me that suddenly all I get is an 855 number and no name. Going to ignore it.

Then again, I also got a call from my bank (showed up on call display) asking me for my SIN # etc (lol), and that was a scam but somehow they were in fact using my banks actual HQ number... Seems frauds & scammers are becoming a little trickier to detect.

As for this number, either try phoning it back to make sure, or report/ignore it.
