Not sure as I hung up after hearing "we are calling about an urgent matter".
Caller: Robocall
Impersonating debt collectors. Prior to calling to actually talk to you they do several dead calls or vishing calls. When they do call they'll pose as a phone company (Telus, koodo and Rogers). They then attempt to get personal information and credit card information from you. Don't give them anything, hang up and attempt to block the number.

Not sure who was calling. Don't answer these calls. message left. Assuming it's a robocall, as I receive many of these.
