A car dealership in SW Florida decided, without even telling me at any point, that they switched from the manufacturer financing to Ally.
No account number, phone...nothing.
Then, as pointed out, they call several times a day and don't leave a message.
When I finally was able get a hold of "the company", they barely spoke English and then proceeded to be rude and ignore my questions about my account and berate me while asking for the payment that was due AND then the one coming due, but not yet late.
I thought that was deceptive in itself.
Even when I asked a question after they tried to get me to pay...they still just go back to demanding payment.
Don't do business with them if you are given a choice.

Ally Financial habitually violates the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, FCC and Do Not Cal laws, as well as falsifies their information over the phone.
Six years ago Ally Financial without verification, gave me the full debt information of a family member, including account information, amount due, and personal information including social security number of that individual.
Six years later, they call me again, again giving account, personal address, and vehicle information to me without verifying if I was the owner of the alleged debt.
Now Ally Financial outsources their debt collection department to the Philippines. After speaking to several emplyoees from their Philippine phone bank, one claimed they were a THIRD PARTY debt collection company. None of the employees can identify the corporate headquarters of Ally Finnancial. The employees also refused to state where they were located in the Philippines which is also a violation of FCC and FDCPA laws.. One eventually told me that he was located in Alabang near the Alabang Town Center. The second one when asked if they were located in Alabang, she said "no". The third and fourth refused to give their business location. And the fifth, not knowing that I speak Tagalog (Philippine language), or that I know the Metro Manila area said they are located in... well, the English translation is abbreviated by the letters "F U".
To add more shame to this company, they now have their international employees give "five star" reviews to falsify the validity of the ratings made by customers on Google. Such dishonest practices should never be a company to do business with.
Both the unlawful actions of 2012 and again in 2018 were recorded on audio and shared on YouTube as a warning to all consumers to avoid this unlawful predatory banking institution.
