Scripted message about helping if you've been impacted by the coronavirus. Calls multiple times a day

Says Ally Bank. We Have no relationship with them and they call every day. Don't know why and wish they would stop. Very annoying.

Left message on our answering machine. Talks fast and not in clear English. Does say something that sounds like Ally Bank. We do not have any financial relationship with them....Can you say spam?
