Called stating they would deliver documents to my job

The Federal Trade Commission has been contacted and the phone number 855-245-4986 is now under investigation and a case is being built for not complying to my wishes to take my registered phone number out of their system. Ref#101995242... To the person that I talked to on the phone today, I bet you now wish you had just complied and not called asking for my deceased sister. Get a real job that doesn't HARASS PEOPLE!!!
Robocaller, Kathy Johnson keeps calling my registered "do not call" listed cell phone, calling for my sister who's been dead since 2011!!! At first I couldn't get through, but today, someone answered the phone and didn't like that I wasn't "nice" and told me she was NOT going to take my name out of their calling system and that I would continue to get calls for my dead sister!!!
