Received VM from a lady stating I had a Complaint filed against me for a Pending Action. Told me to call her firm at 855-249-0959. I remember this scam from 3 years ago. I work with attorneys and they would have to mail you notice of any sort of pending action (show proof via Service Affidavit) or have someone come to your door and provide you the Judgment personally. Attorneys rely on a paper trail. They would never make initial contact via phone.

Someone started calling me last week and I spoke to them this morning. They are telling me I have an unpaid credit card for $2300 from credit one back from 2007. I never had a credit card from this company and I informed the guy I couldn't finance a piece of gum in 2007. He proceeded to tell me that I was going to be served papers and am being summoned to court. I then called my credit repair agency that I am working with and I have nothing on my credit that matches anything this guy is telling me. I told him to serve me already and stop calling my place of employment. He even gave a fake name when he called my work, and I know this because when I called back and asked for Michael Rodriguez they told me they don't have anyone there by that name! Be careful because these guys are scammers!

Yes. They called me on 12/03/15 about a Credit Card saying that I owe them. A card issue I thought was resolved 8 years ago. An account I did not open. Now they are saying the account was opened in 2008 and and I paid it on 2009. In 2010 they said I opened the account in 2004 and paid on it in 2005. Then they said the matter was resolved In 2010. Now they are harassing me in 2015.

They called my boss at work, threatened to serve me papers and asked if they could do it. He said no. I talked with them. They read my Social Security # TO ME without even verifying who I was aside from a verbal "Yes this is he". They only seemed interested in getting my credit card info. They didn't want to send me proof or anything. Then a few days later they called my HR department and threated wage garnishment and to serve papers. I'm at a loss. The debt they are claiming vaguely matches a debt I paid off almost 9 years ago. So frustrating... they clearly have my credit report and are just reading info off there.

Read these notes before i called them which had me scared too call this company back after i received paperwork in the mail but when i called back they actually did help me settle a lawsuit i had pending against me for a bank account i over drafted. Yes it was a collection account i had but we did call together to wellsfargo and verified the debt was valid and they now had it. I paid $530 for a debt that i owed $1020 on and they helped me get it removed from my credit to help me rebuild my credit. Thanks you guys for helping me
