Left threatening phone call (Using poor grammar/syntax) about a "returned bank item" and that I needed to contact them immediately or they would have to "make a ruling" and it would not be in my favor. I have received calls like this before, and they are total scams. Will be reporting them to the Attorney General's Office in my state.
