It's not fraud. It's from UHC's coordination of benefits and they work under the UHC Optum umbrella, a division within United Healthcare. If you call the # on the back of your insurance card, you have to ask customer service to look them up under "JABBER". It's legit.

This is a legitimate division under United Healthcare Optum which is part of the UnitedHealth Group family of companies. If you are a UHC member, you certainly received a letter if you're getting a follow up call from this number. This is legitimate and is not a scam.
