For me the recording says: "It's RBC Royal Bank, we call you about an account..." I do not have an account with them !!!

Calls constantly!!! When answering it's just dead air and then they hang up 30 seconds after answering. So annoying!!!!

I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER FOR SEVERAL MONTHS, NO MESSAGE EVER LEFT, CALLER NEVER IDENTIFIES SELF, CALL ENDS WITHIN SECONDS,
I HAVE HAD ENOUGH, ITS ANNOYING, AND I CAN NEVER FIND A LINK ON REVERSE 411.
