Called and left message saying they were from my bank and I needrd to call because there was a suit against me.
Bank said not true as I already knew

They said we have a civil suite filed against us, the man said his name was John Anthony, we have had the same phone message from 3 different #`s,1-855-231-8415, 1-855-272-1365, 1-855-880-3288,and that we needed to call them, and that they have tried many times to have us call them,or have our legal councel call them, and that they were going to move forward with legal action, but they call several times a day and it has been going on now for over a week. I don`t have a blackberry or android
