Yes . Canada "tax collection bureau.
Most likely wilfeop call if voice is not a favor sounding (grandma etc..)

Claimed to be calling from Credit Bureau of Canada Collections (or CollectCents), a collections agency in Mississauga. Phone number doesn't match the CBCC/CC website. Assumed to be a phishing scam.
They'll call repeatedly; if you answer no one speaks on the other end and it's just a silent call; don't waste your time
