Yes that Rebecca white office called me and told me I had an unpaid payday loan for 390 dollars, need to be paid now.well now I tried to call her back and the number is not in service anymore .....what should I do

I wouldn't worry about it. It's all a bunch of nonsense anyway. If anyone were to pay them for these bogus debts, more would be demanded later, because the whole purpose is for criminals to make money. I have defaulted on payday loans before and I promise none of the companies ever threatened or implied litigation; they sent it to their collections department.
I'm receiving these calls as of lately, I believe scammers are on higher alert due to it being tax season. I would not entertain them, if they really had something they would place it in writing and mail it to you, or a sheriff would deliver a summons if it were a serious civil claim.
Scammers. I received a recorded message from "Rebecca White" said there is a claim against me in her office. The interesting thing is that I am currently watching a news investigation about scammers. Some scammers will actually look up the clerk of courts in their intended victims' areas or any government / law enforcement official anywhere to make their scam sound more convincing. I looked up Rebecca White and there is an actual judge with that name. My guess is this is why they are using that name. I wonder if she is aware.
3/10/2016 Same with me. I told them they were a scam. Got very angry with me. Threatened me with "tell it to the judge". I laughed and asked who my attorney should call. They hung up!
I got one too stating I owed Cardinal Management for a payday loan I never took back in November 2013. They know ALL my information and have threatened me too with court.
