I was called by this number yesterday and was informed that I will be sued for 400 dollars for a payday loan . If the monies was not paid I would be serve with a a summons and charged up to 3, 000 dollars with court fees.. The said the first payment would set for the February 19. How devious.

Turn the tables on them. Tell them you've filed a police report and contacted the necessary authorities. The name they give out over the phone is not their real names. I was told "Tess", but Tess' number appeared as Latoya at ext 519 on my caller I'd. She answered to both. I called repeatively and got nasty, but never gave out my personal info. By calling and harassing them in the same manner of them harassing me, all phone calls have stopped.
They were very surprised that I located an address to their said business, and a google image search shows it to be in a warehouse type of building in a shady business district.

They called me and my brother and left a message. I called back to find out what it was about. I would not disclose any information. In turn they became very loud and threatening. They refuse to disclose any information on who they are or what they are collecting.
The individual that called me was "Tess Smith". They are located in Miami, FL. When asked for street address they refused to give that information out. When asked for company website "Don't have one" When asked for email address "Don't have one."
I filed a complaint with the State Attorney General, and also contacted a law firm. The law firm stated that this is a known scammer not a legitimate company, but in fact individuals that a preying on people. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO! They will try to harass and bully you into believing they are legit.

They keep calling my husbands Grandmother saying that he took out an online payday loan back in 2011, which I would like to know how since he was locked up at the time. They would not give me their information besides they were going to take my husband to court if I did not pay this $500.00 plus interest loan back that he took out. They also gave a number of 844-279-7431 and 855-283-8183 with a case # xxxxxxx but they could not tell me who he took the loan out with or any other information. If anyone knows where I can turn them in to in Texas please let me know.
I just talked to a lady named Brooklyn today 1/22/16 and she said the exact same thing to me. Same year same amount in a pday loan...She gave me no info on it either. I told her to mail me a document or email me something but she couldn't until I made a payment arrangement. They are calling my sister, brother and boyfriend.

Never says who they are and asks for my husband. Keeps saying that have a case pending against him and to call regarding a case number. They call at all hours, I got a call this morning at 1:44 AM. Harassment! They have recently changed their number again, used to be an 844 number, then it was an 855 number, now they call as a restricted number. They have been harassing my parents as well. Reporting them.
