Scam. Supposedly debt collector calling from litigation dept. Refuses to send debt validation notice. Threatens law suit. Refuses to identify self as debt collector. Gets nasty when you ask for information. This company calls from numerous spoofed numbers.

I just missed a call from this number. When I called back, a very hard to understand foreign speaking man said he was with "JCC Arbitration". I just hung up and googled the number. Seems I was right to ignore it!

I Have been getting 3 to 4 calls a day from this company. They are very rude people....I have also requested information on the company that they are trying to collect for. They would not give me any information. I had to block this company from calling me.

SR: in response to my earlier comment. The callers real name is Latoya at extension 519. That's who it appears on my caller ID. So I called back and asked for Latoya and "Tess" answered. Dumba** I'm finding out more and more info to give to the authorities.

They called me and my brother and left a message. I called back to find out what it was about. I would not disclose any information. In turn they became very loud and threatening. They refuse to disclose any information on who they are or what they are collecting.

The individual that called me was "Tess Smith". They are located in Miami, FL. When asked for street address they refused to give that information out. When asked for company website "Don't have one" When asked for email address "Don't have one."

I filed a complaint with the State Attorney General, and also contacted a law firm. The law firm stated that this is a known scammer not a legitimate company, but in fact individuals that a preying on people. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO! They will try to harass and bully you into believing they are legit.

called about a dozen times this morning, had wrong name for us so even their leads are bad. Called back from a different line a poor English speaking woman picked up and seems to be on a cellphone pretending she is a business, reception kept dropping. Complete garbage, block the number and report it.

received a call that was very unprofessional talking about an unknown payday loan. They said they could not give me the number to the company and when when I tried to look up the company name, that also says its a scam.

received call from them several times for the same reason. told them to stop calling or send me a letter with my signature to verify. no answer after that from them.
