Calls every day, I called back and told them to remove my number.

They are calling about my husband who has never gotten a payday loan. They said they were JCC LLC in Miami, FL. There are other numbers that are very similar such as 855-283-8191 that were claiming to be IPS, but they didn't give me a location. The recording at the beginning for both JCC and IPS are identical so I believe it's the same scam. Do not fall for it and file a complaint.

File it with the FCC. I filed a complaint on 855-283-8187 and 855-283-8188 both claiming to be JCC Arbitration, which are obviously scams. They will be threatening an aggressive to get what they want. Just let them know your rights and they'll hang up. I blocked both numbers and do not give them any of your personal information.

Called my company and said that I had a loan approved.. never applied.

Called saying I owed a payday loan but couldn't give original creditors name or date the loan was opened. They also refused to provide proof of the debt by mail

Another number used by JCC Arbitration from FL. Name was "Rebecca"...no other information received. FCC complaint filed.
