I got calls on three days in a row, 2/3, 2/4 and 2/5 from this number which is a robo collection call for someone who used to have my phone number.

Same scenario said I defrauded financial institute back in 2010 and I owed them $300 plus interest = $510. I asked what company and when, They said they did not know, it was some on line pay advance co. I asked to speak to a supervisor, The supervisor said "Why would I give you their name, they hired us to collect." I told them I wanted to call and verify because this is not true. She got very testy. I told her this was a scam and she knew it and I was calling the DA's office and report them. She hung up on me. There is nothing a my credit report as to anyone trying to collect and I do not owe any money to anyone.

They are scammers. Don't fall for their tricks. They tried to get me to give them money, but I never did, so they are now calling my husband. FUnny thing is, he never has used my cell phone number, so they are just grasping. I just ignore them. Yes, they are annoying but don't talk to them. They are not legit. If they do happen to give you information for a supposed debt (ie the company) then I tell them thanks, I'll check into that. They actually have stopped calling when I tell them that and then hang up on them (at least for a while). I block the numbers, etc. It doesn't do any good, they just use a different one. Like I said, annoying, but they aren't legit so don't talk to them if you don't have to.

Called and said I would be charged with defrauding a financial institution. Called the bank they mentioned in the call and confirmed that account was closed back in 2010 with a zero balance. This isn't the first time they have called. They had called me every year since about 2012 around January. They are likely trying to scam people out of their tax refunds. They had alot of outdated personal information on me and the last four of my social at least which is scary. But I have seen anything suspect on my credit reports.

They have called me and my family members saying I owe money and that they are prosecuting me. I don't owe them anything and told them to quit harrassing my family members. they continue calling. HELP

They called me and also my brother in law 3 times. I have no idea where they got his cell #, I don't even know it. I told them I was reporting them to the DAs office because they were scamming. They haven't called back yet.

this is a collection agency that is trying to say I owe money from some check cashing place from back like 8 years ago & I told this person, I didn't have a checking account at that time & I have recently pulled my credit multiple times & this place is not on there & I owe no one nothing!
