Didn't answer the call but the internet stated that phone calls from this"future" area code reverse the charges so you will pay for the call if you answer it.

my husband answered the phhone and he said Mr. Nelson and then continued on about autism, my husband replied we were not interested and hung up

Charity Scam, want to send me an 'envelope stuffing kit' to send to all my contact for solicitation for money for them. Of course I would have to pay for the kit then pay for postage to mail the envelopes.
