I have now received two calls from this number since yesterday. As I did not recognize the number, I did not answer the call. The voicemail left sounds like it is computer generated:
"Hello. This is a courtesy call from AT&T Customer Service. I am calling to see how your AT&T U-Verse service is performing. I am sorry I missed you and will try you back at another time. Meanwhile, if you are
experiencing any difficulties or have questions about your AT&T services, please contact us at 1-855-303-8333. Our hours of operation are from 9am to 12am, Eastern Standard time, Monday through Saturday. Thank you for choosing AT&T and have a wonderful day."

Got a call from 855 303 8333 at 7:11 PM Saturday Aug 29th I did not answer but when I dial the number Sunday the message the At&t office is closed.

AT&T is NOT calling; the number has been spoofed. AT&T does not make these kind of calls ... EVER. Report and block

Actually, AT&T does make outbound calls from this number. But just like any company it could be spoofed any day/any time. To be sure, just insist on calling them back at that number yourself and you'll get an AT&T rep to confirm if they called you, etc.
