Keep calling have no debt told them and they still call

SCAMMER call over and over
Began calling two weeks ago with auto message saying they are a debt collector. No other details given and now they call every day. Even with the number blocked they are still able to leave auto messages. This number is not connected to an actual business . It is definitely a scam and they are clearly getting away with harassing people.
Have spoken to these people and explained bill in not mine.
