Sorry was looking for the number on my complaint and it pulled up this page but I did also put it where it belongs. so the comment made previously from me is for the number I posted

I placed an order through CHOXI.COM (look them up) they no longer are in existance from my gatherings due to they didn't pay their vendors. Well they didn't send out all the purchased items either, I had a $29 credit due to me. I called the # but wasn't "open" during that time, tried to use "chat" same results. It would how ever let me use the email contact...I did that. They promise within 2 days they would respond, I never heard from them. I just recently got a postcard coming from: P.O. Box 1907, Southland, MI 48195-0907 with another my order, I stopped payment on asking for me to call this # 855-306-7356 to "REACTIVATE" my order. The ordered item comes through Bulbhead.com (I'm assuming one of the vendors they didn't pay) So I called the number and it rings once and straight to a busy signal. I called BULBHEAD.COM and they a GOOD COMPANY, I have received all I have ever ordered from them. So I guess I go direct to the actual selling sites that sometimes use "WISH,COM, GEEK.COM & the terrible CHOXI.COM who took over RETAILMENOT.COM (I have to say when they were retailmenot.com I never had an issue. But bottom line is Choxi.com is still trying to collect money from people but their site is gone, their phones no more, emails go unanswered etc. One spot I found said the CEO of the company was OUT so yeah if you hear from this number or get a postcard about your order with this number on it...DO NOT (that is if you get through to someone) call it back and give your info. You'll never see your item/s and they will vanish again. Please do not get me wrong on wish.com or geek.com, they sell things cheap also but they usually come through with no issue and if there is one they will correct it. But Choxi is no more but owing everyone and taking from all of the customers with out providing the product. I will stop now because I feel a bigger rant coming on about them lol I hope this helps any and all who wonder who this is calling you. Mine is definiately from the Choxi.com because that is where I placed my order that I never received after a month & a half but would only credit me the money so I ordered something else instead and that never arrived...months later I get this post card...very fishy don't fall for it! I'm out a few bucks but apparently they haven't paid the vendors either so what they owe them must be astronomical!
