Nation Star recording. Nation Star bought one of our loans from BofA about 3 years ago, and have screwed the loan up. Every time we try to correct things with them, they screw it up even more. We had to hire an attorney last year, because for three months the would except our payment, then 10 days later they would send it back for no reason. We couldn't get them to take it, paid if on time each time, as always, yet, they then claimed we never paid them. We tried showing them a printout of our banking activity to show them they were paid on time each month, and were screwing up on their end, but, they've distroyed our (up until Nation Star bought our loan) perfect credit rating. So after hiring an attorney (and high attorney fees) they stopped their claim against us. This was the second round of ridiculousness with them. The first round was a year previous, when they wanted proof of homeowners' insurance. They do not hold our mortgage, so I would call and speak to the escrow dept., who would always agree with me that they shouldn't be asking for proof of insurance. But than I'd get another demand letter. So finally after the third demand, I sent it to shut them up! I faxed it to the party requesting, I scanned and emailed it to the same person, and I mailed a hard copy via certified mail (which they refused to sign for, but did take and I have proof of date and time from the USPS). But then they claimed they never received it from me and tried charging us for their own insurance (these people need to pull their heads out!) It took an attorney to get them to stop that claim.
So now what? What are they trying to pull this time? I HATE these people. They have no business in this field because they have no idea how to function. A group of monkies could do a much better job. Honestly!!!
