Same calller from last year. Usually follows a letter mailed a month earlier that urges you to call them for a 'home wellness check.' Paraphrasing: check blood pressure, general wellnes and check your home for hazards. No thanks. Especially not with Covid19 still actively circulating. Ignored call, again.
another call from them today Jan 12th, first in 2020. I have asked they remove me from their list but that must have been only for 2019. I have put them in spam category in my phone but it still rings showing as spam. Apparently there is no way to stop them other than blocking the number. Because i do have a Humana Advantage Plan so according to our congress Humana or any Humana affiliate has every right to call me and not be considered spam even after the fancy proposed spam laws go into effect. I believe other responses are correct, follow the money! My next step, block this number and hope they don't use another. I expect them to call again. phooey
I keep getting calls too, Humana said I had to call signify and have them remove my name from their calling list, which I did and now a month later they are back to calling me again, this is harassment and I want it stopped. I will be calling Humana again, because now they need to take care of it, I will not be staying with Humana after all this, I am done.
This call is all about attempting to raise your so-called "Health Risk Assessment Score". They want to schedule a health professional to come by your home and assess your health condition. They can raise this "Score" by adding to your health condtions (heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, COPD, etc.). The more conditons you have the higher the monthly reimbursment rate they receive from Medicare. They're not doing you a favor, they're doing it for their own pocket-book.
